Apple Baking Company started kicking around the idea due to our admiration of Cheerwine®, which shares our hometown of Salisbury, North Carolina. Our representatives met with the Cheerwine® officials and the rest is history. We began experimenting with a few different recipes and everyone settled on the flavor that, even in blind taste tests, folks automatically identified as Cheerwine®.
